1. Agreement
By installing the CIO Pipelines managed package or visiting ciopipelines.com, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please uninstall the package and stop using the site.
2. License
CIO Pipelines is provided as a Salesforce managed package under the license printed on the AppExchange listing or in the master subscription agreement signed with Creative Round Ltd. The package is licensed per Salesforce production org with unlimited free sandbox installs.
3. Acceptable use
- You will not attempt to circumvent the encrypted-credential storage or the activity-log purge.
- You will not use the package to violate Customer.io's terms of service or rate limits.
- You will keep your Customer.io API credentials confidential.
4. Service levels
Starter and Growth tiers ship without an SLA. Enterprise tier includes a 99.9% callout uptime SLA, defined in the order form.
5. Limitation of liability
Creative Round's total liability under these terms is limited to fees paid by the customer in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate for convenience on 30 days' notice. Upon termination, the customer must uninstall the managed package and we will retain no customer data (none was held to begin with).
7. Trademarks
Salesforce is a trademark of Salesforce, Inc. Customer.io is a trademark of Customer.io, Inc. These trademarks are referenced descriptively; no endorsement is implied.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
